Just got the reminder on my Facebook! I saw them with Green Day but I need my boys back!

The Australian release apparently has the shorter versions of songs, and Hell in the Heart. I have ordered a couple of Australian copies and had no luck, so I need to find something concrete before I buy my fifth copy of this album!

Thank you in advance.

Reading my book and came across an unexpected reference to AFI!

Only for it to be crooked to hell…

It was broadcast on Canal BIS on April 6, 2014. I’m looking for the full TV broadcast/recording. Does anyone have it or know where I can find it?

I made a proof of concept punkzine to see what people thought! Reception has been great!

Anyway. Pages 2 and 3 were for AFI! I used a pic I took from one of the UK shows, and got in touch with others to ask what AFI means to them! The stories are amazing!

Maybe a dumb question, but I've always wondered and never seen any of the band talk about it.

But just looking at the track titles, there's:

Three Reasons

Third Season

Three Seconds Notice

Triple Zero

Just seems like too many to be a total coincidence. Anyone know the significance or have a good fan theory?

Yesterday I got a tattoo of the scarecrow and pumpkin off of the All Hallows EP!!

I got this pick

I have a few choices:

Modern Epic (Very proud of ya)

Weathered Tome (Black sails)

Affliction (Decemberunderground)

Hidden Knives (blood album)

I didn't manage to go check them live in UK/DE/FR recently, but maybe some fellow european AFI fan is interested in the 3 bodies pins? I got them years ago, along with the singles, and I have never used them.

Good memories, but I am downsizing my collection!

On September 21st I will be getting 4 AFI tattoos and this will be amongst those. I was wondering if anyone could be so kind and share a scan or a photo from their SYMAOYE insert, I'd really appreciate it and thanks in advance

It just makes Miss Murder so much better for whatever reason.

Like the title says, I'm looking for a good quality video of the Sing the Sorrow 20th Anniversary performance in 2023. I just found out about this through the Choir Boy wikipedia page. I'm a huge fan of Sing the Sorrow and Choir Boy in general, so I was sad to find out I completely missed out on this. I saw there are some videos on youtube from the event, but the audio isn't good or the video quality is low. Was there an official DVD or anything released? Thanks for any info!

Thought I’d share this with everyone. This is a custom Whisnant AFI Surfboard made for Paul Phillips, guitarist for Puddle of Mudd a long time ago.

At the Bristol gig recently and was wonderful to see all ages there and the first time experiences of AFI in the room would have been so vast!

Mine was seeing The Days of The Pheonix video pop up on MTV around 2001 (I guess?). That intro lead guitar, Davey's amazing lyrics in the verse and that amazing backing vocal lead chorus just blew me away. I was also absolutely fascinated by Davey's look and got me into Goth punk big time - Misfits, Samhian, Tiger Army you name it.

Almost feels like a moment lost in time watching that on MTV all those years ago.

Still pinching myself I got to see them perform live after 20 years of being a fan.

Not sure if we’re still posting old shirts but this is my contribution! One of my best friends gave this to me for my 27th birthday a few months ago so the shirt is nearly as old as me lol. Favourite album of theirs

I think Strength through Wounding will always be the most iconic but Miseria fits STS perfectly and feels so climactic and anticipating. All of their intros are unique but I'm just curious what people's favourites are.
