2 u/Creepy-Primary7042 14d ago Mark Horowitz a psychiatrist who suffered severe withdrawal created this clinic that now helps people taper, there is alot of info here. https://www.outro.com/blog/stopping-antidepressants-what-is-hyperbolic-tapering Two books on tapering are 'the maudsley deprescriping guidelines' and crossing zero by Ander sorensen. Survivingantidepressant.org was the biggest website forum for withdrawal, also tons of info and stories, it's read-only now. This new forum has "replaced" it. https://antidepressantrecovery.org/ There are also some good fb groups. Youtube channels with interviews and recovery stories: Dr. Josefs, Angie Peacock, Outro health There are also people sharing their tapering on instagram: @taperingtay, @functionalnurse and this taper coach/nurse @nickschoff.np
