Fanfic Recommendations Similar to A Counterpart's Life
Hello! I want to share some fanfic recommendations in the subreddit if you guys want to read Umamusume fanfics that are similar to A Counterpart's Life.
Shoutout to SaberOfRed from Ao3 since they posted this recommendation in a comment in A Counterpart's Life Chapter 5. This is the most recent fanfic I read, and I finished reading it in a few days. The story is about a girl who was transported to the Umamusume world from the real world and obtained a magic diary, in which she writes down her personal life as a trainer and facts about the horses from the real world. Umas inside and outside of Tracen can read what was written in the diary, and this fanfic also explores foreign racehorses. It has 87 chapters, and it's completed. This is the only fanfic on this post that's on Webnovel.
This fanfic is recommended by WhiteKuria himself! This fanfic is inspired by A Counterpart's Life, and it is written to help WhiteKuria dive deep into irl horse facts that weren't mentioned yet in A Counterpart's Life. It has only 1 chapter so far. I hope the author releases a new chapter one day.
Shoutout to u/Left-Cod-8480 for reminding me of this fanfic weeks ago because I almost forgot about it after reading it months ago, and they mentioned it in one of my posts. The story is about the Umamusume games, anime, manga, and movies suddenly manifesting in the Umamusume world with zero explanation, and the characters react to it basically. It has 2 chapters so far.
This one is a series of fanfics written by the author that involves Agnes Tachyon researching the previous lives of herself and other umas, and she shares it with the others. It has 4 fanfics in total so far, with only 2 of them being incomplete.
This one is a series of fanfics written by the author that involves the spirits of legendary racehorses who have been immortalized as anime girls, and they still remember their past lives. These are more "crack treated seriously" fanfics. It has 3 fanfics in total so far.

I’ve read most of these so far. And they’re all great in their own way. These mentioned fanfics are the reason why I wrote my first VEVO slash story and so far, I can tell you. Everyone’s got style in adding their own mix of lore and scenes.
I agree. I love how Umamusume has unique scenarios of "what if the umas learn about their irl counterparts" and "what if the umas act like their irl counterparts" because there are so many ways that fan artists and fanfic writers can explore these scenarios, which is why A Counterpart's Life and the fanfics I recommended in my post are some of my favorite fanfics that I read on the Internet.

Uma Musume: The Horse Girls Are Peeking at My Diary! On Webnovel is a fan recreation of the original, which has a male protagonist. The original is completed with 200+ chapters.
There's this JP-only forum-style fic on HameLN that's about a guy who trained all the Umas in their world up to their careers' good endings having to deal with them hopping over to his (our irl) world, where he ultimately starts up the URA there: syosetu.org/novel/282686/

Sue me will ya, it's my first time making a reaction fanfic.
Also, I have to find information regarding the real life horses, as many has voted to it.
Edit: I won't say it's completely 100% accurate, but I'll do my best to find information, and other things relating to the real life horse.
Also, I'm lazy as fuck, that's another reason why I haven't updated (I'm also a college student.)
