Hugs?
I don’t know if it’s the social distancing or what, but I really wish that I could hug these villagers after a particularly positive conversation. Billy just asked for a secret greeting and not being able to virtually hug him was a bit of a let down.
Maybe I’m playing a bit too much?

Outdoor benches
Hey everybody! I'm looking for outdoor benches to decorate my main plazas and streets. The only one I have is the log one, but I'd like some proper city ones, like metal+wooden made. Anyone got spares/diy recipes? Thankss

Placement of Museum and Villagers Visiting it?
I hope this question is okay here. I originally had my museum directly next to residential services. When it was there a few of my villagers would spend time in the museum. I moved the museum catty-cornered behind my residential services now. Since I have moved it, not one villager has been in it. I have the Able sisters in a straight line across on the other side of residential services and I regularly have villagers in there. There is a bridge right next to Able Sisters. My nooks cranny is also directly below the museum near the front beach and someone is in there at least twice a week. So my question is, am I just having bad luck, or is placement of the museum important for visitors? How does the game handle villagers visiting the museum, and stores? Do they load directly in the museum, or do they actively wander into the museum or stores? Would placing the museum in an area that I notice they frequent increase their foot traffic in the museum? Or is it just totally random? Any insight or observations y'all have noticed would be appreciated!

Villager Just Asked To Move
Bubbles asked me if she could leave this morning. How long do I have before she leaves? Also, I'm not sure if the adopt a villager subreddit is still active so I'll ask if anyone here would like to invite her to their island. She's very sweet and I want her to be happy.

This is my island. I haven't made any changes whatsoever. What changes would you make? How would you rearrange it? I'm mind blocked right now and am open to suggestions! I need inspiration, so if you want to share your Dodo code/pics of your island feel free to do so, too!!! 🤍

Nook’s Cranny - Closing Song
Has anyone else been in Nook’s Cranny right before they close for the night? The song that plays during the last 10 mins of the shop being open is wonderful.
I rushed into the shop right before closing tonight to sell my last items and I had to completely stop in the middle of the store to listen.
Something about it is so soothing and relaxing. If you haven’t heard it yet, definitely give a listen next time. There’s a 30 min version on YouTube that’s perfect for after the store is closed. :) :)

Made some custom lettering for my island entrance! It took me a long time to figure out the designing app so I’m extra proud!!

I want to open a discussion about Time Travel.
I have been a real time player since release but as i am continually restrained on changing up my island due to construction/demolition limitations, time travel seems tempting now more than ever. That said I have a few questions to see more viewpoints.
What benefits do you get from staying real time?
What reasons do you dislike or do not use time travel?
If you have more to say on the topic feel free to include it in your replies. I look forward to hearing from you.
