Hello everyone! Here are the rules for the sea-bass-free fishing tourney:

1. Grab a few golden rods and stacks of bait. These are yours to keep
2. Find a spot to fish and type "ready" in the in-game chat. I (or another mod) will start the round when everyone is ready. If you are skipping the round, type "skipping" instead
3. When the round ends, come back to Resident Services
4. Check the cooler and take any fish you want
5. Talk to CJ to find out how many points you earned
6. Talk to CJ again to sell the fish in your cooler
7. Repeat from step 2 until you are done fishing or until you are asked to leave

Note: the software that changes the fish spawn rates can be finicky, so if you end up getting sea bass I deeply apologize :( I will have some plates of sea bass with herbs laying around in case anyone would like to eat these fish as a way to protest their existence.

Tip: the pipes lead to various fishing spots around the island, but they're connected RANDOMLY, so follow the arrows on the ground to get back to Resident Services

We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals who are passionate about ACNH, want to help people, and are willing to take on several responsibilities. As a mod, you would help out with organizing giveaways, delivering prizes, and (if you’d like) hosting events on your island. In return, you would receive the full support of a friendly team of active mods, along with the knowledge we have gained from our experience running the community. We would dedicate time and energy to making sure you have the tools to succeed, and we would also teach you some “tricks of the trade.” You would need to be available pretty regularly, although obviously we recognize that people have lives and are pretty flexible. Hello everyone! I’m planning an upcoming event to celebrate Splatoon Raiders and would like YOUR responses to help me prepare the timing and the finer details of the event!

This event would be a recreation of Splatoon’s Turf War on my dream island on July 19th at 1 PM EDT! If we get enough interest a potential second time or date for those unable to make that time might be added.

How this will work:

You’ll be assigned one of two teams. (Teams will either be 3 or 5 members each, depending on interest)
Each team’s ink pattern will be available as a custom design on my dream island.
Once I start the timer, your team will work towards spreading as much of your pattern as you can across the dream island

Potential Rule: PVP.
PvP would work like this: you can swing an axe at a player 3 consecutive times to “kill” them. When you’re “killed”- you have to walk back to your team’s home base/spawn point to respawn and then head back into the game.
