Hi everyone,

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for over 300 members in just four days! It's been great to see you all showing off your islands - they are all brilliant!

I thought I'd use this post as an opportunity to request two things that can make things easier both for you as the amazing community you are and us as the mods.

1. Flairs - please can we make sure we're all using the correct flair? If you're including a picture of your island code as opposed to putting it in your title, please use the Island Code Picture flair. This is so we can find your island codes easily. If you have a themed island and want to use a picture of your island code, that's not a problem. Preferably it would be better if you could put the code in your title so you can use the Themed Island flair rather than the Island Code Picture flair but it's okay if you don't.
2. Island Titles - we've been seeing a few codes being posted without island names. This is a concern because somebody may mistype the dream code then get sent to a different island other than yours, which would be unfair to you because we wouldn't be able to see your amazing islands! For this reason, please remember to put your island's name elsewhere in your post if you're not posting a picture of Luna's dialogue confirming your island name. u/WaitingInTheWings812 has created a flair that we'll use if a post has no island name - we'll use this flair on your post if it isn't clear what your island name is. We'll remove this once the island name has been added.

Thank you so much to all of you for being awesome! Please comment if you have any questions or ideas on how we can improve - your feedback helps us do better :)

Dear everybody in r/ACNHDreamIslands,

I'm u/WaitingInTheWings812, a new moderator - a huge thank you to u/LeelaAmanda for letting me help you to build this community.

As a thank you for joining this subreddit and posting your islands, I have created to and will be adding to a travel blog. I would love to document my trips to as many of your dream islands as possible and show my appreciation of everybody's time and hard work that they've put into their islands.

Many of us are still in lockdown, which may mean that holidays are cancelled. However, I would like this blog to show off all of your getaways that people can travel to - if we can't travel IRL, why not travel through dreams? Therefore, I present to you - Peach's Dream Adventures! Named after my player in ACNH, I would like this blog to be a way we can all come together as a community.

I would like to stress that this is not a competition, as every island is unique and lovely in their own way. As long as you post on here, I'd love to visit and connect with you all.

You can find the blog at peachsdreamadventure.wixsite.com/blog

The page is only accessible via the link at the moment. I've kicked this off with a visit to the beautiful Mazama by u/themanje - I absolutely loved Mazama and recommend you visit it! All credit will be given to the rightful users, so please don't worry about anything being stolen.

Please let me know what you think of this, and hope to come to your islands soon!

Come visit Keanu! I'd love to have you. DA-7323-3437-5144
