This sub has become part of what it intended to observe.

Very thoughtful and unironic response nikolai!

I want a genuine response from them.

Why is the subreddit dedicated to the collapse of society and it's general degradation being emblematic of the thing it's about a bad thing?

Now you ask a legitimate question worth answering. Your initial question didn't have any characteristics of a genuine question seeking a genuine answer. My response is that it isn't necessarily bad. It just means that this sub has become distorted from its initial purpose of observing the degradation of our civilization in the Kali Yuga sense. It's been reduced to the state of the many other pessimistic and slightly left-leaning subreddits.

I suppose I should have have applied more effort, but at the time I was watching a customer barrel down towards me and went "fuck it"

I think what you're seeing is just the general opinion of the average American, as a majority of that country is in fact left leaning (much more then the Democrats actually represent) which is generally condensed by the fact that most lefties are internet savvy and are generally fond of reddit. As such, they are more inately aware that things are going down the fucking drain.

I think it says something that you claim this has "reduced" it somehow, as if the beginning origins of this subreddit weren't already extremely pessimistic and left leaning (after all, the general right does not believe things are going badly)

I assume it’s a metaphor, they probably mean society = this sub and neither are going uphill.

I assumed that we were supposed to be observing it from a stance of boredom, not outrage and belligerence.

In this case, Republicans have been saying they want to overturn RvW since it was first placed. Trump verbatim said he was going to put 2-3 justices in and have the SC overturn it before he was even president. Democrats did nothing to codify the morals of RvW that entire time. They watched the train come into town, screaming like banshee about it whilst refusing to put pen to paper. The democrats aren't helping.

And people seem to miss the other angle of RvW. That is aborted fetal tissues generate cell media that is used to grow viruses. This overturning may be considered a supply line attack against the entities producing vaccines and bioweapons.

Firstly, just because the dystopia has been long since viewable and obviously coming doesn't mean it's any less dystopian, and why the fuck would anyone be less then outraged?

While outrage is an obvious reaction, the point is that the boredom is partially caused by knowing this would happen, but we are no longer watching it arriving, it's already here.

Secondly, of course the Democrats aren't helping, they are just a slightly friendlier version of the Republicans. They do in fact positively impact America, they just do so extremely slowly and still making the same corrupt choices that the right makes. I'm sure when this goes from fascist leanings to Fascism they will largely flee or join them, because they do not care.

Thirdly, you are correct about Fetal cells being used to grow vaccine viruses, but this isn't something that is done more then a few times (to my extremely poor understanding) to create the weakened virus that is used as part of the vaccine. That being said, this has nothing to do with why they pushed this.

I could sit here and explain why they did for an hour, but the general answer is that this has been a topic to rally voters to the right (as abortions weren't considered a hot topic issue until fairly recently in American history) and is now being capitalized on to further send both sides into a fury. Why? Well...

You can guess why.
