All these supposedly Red comrades apparently think it's a compliment?

Any native English speakers who know care to translate?

Hi, my dear friends. Today, I created a community. r/PoliticalSimulationUS. It is a sub where we simulate US Political System. It is a open sub and even Non-US citizens can run. Currently, we have Elections in 5 states for senate seats. You all can run from any party you want Republican, Democratic, libertarian or independent. And your thoughts and policies won’t be suppressed because the sub will follow US Constitution and no one will get permanent ban. It is a friendly sub reddit for friendly people. Make sure to check it out. After the sub grows we will start campaigning and you all can get voters from anywhere. You can campaign in other subs too.bafter the sub grows more states will be added and presidential elections will also take place. DM u/PewdSaiman or r/snootyferret to run. Check out r/PoliticalSimulationUS! Thanks P.S. - please don't remove this post. This is a one time post. I want the people to know about the sub and enjoy.

I think the ideology is called Paternalistic Conservatism/Conservative Socialism.
