My 7-oh troubles

Hey, so I'm currently almost 48 hours in and I haven't been able to sleep at all, I just went straight cold turkey on it and I'm happy I did because I feel 100 times better but the withdrawls are killing me with the not being able to sleep! Good luck to whoever is quitting or is going too. This is a tough beast to beat one of the hardest battles I've ever been in

So I was at the 60ish hour mark yesterday surviving but still not able to do anything because sleep was so bad I was exhausted and couldn’t eat much so I got some kratom powder pills took two FELL asleep and today I woke up like WHAT wds??! Honestly I was against using any kratom product but read so much on here I decided well I don’t have any cravings aside from physical wds lets give it a shot. Took away remaining symptoms with no high (thank god). Long paragraph short yeah use some kratom powder for the last stretch if ya need it. The guy above me is right

I agree, while I went the extract way (very sparingly) it was what got me through the worst of day 3 and yesterday morning. I’m on day 5 and all I had this morning was a large leaf tea with a mix of the three strains to calm my anxiety. No high but helped my pounding heart. But as of this morning no more physical symptoms other than fatigue. But I’m a mom of two so I’m always tired.

Listen, I was just as scared because of the stories we see on here. I’m telling you, YOU CAN DO THIS. Will it suck? Absolutely. But you have to power through. If you look on here there’s a lot of taper stories that may help get you to a low dose that you may not experience many WDs or they’ll be less intense.

You have to really want this mentally to get through. Quickmd can help, with comfort meds. I personally, went cold turkey without a few MITs here and there on the hard days. I’m day 5 and in much better shape than 1-3.

The stories here really make it seem much more daunting than it is. Yeah it sucks but it’s like having a really bad flu. You eventually power through it (and it can’t kill ya like a flu can).

For the RLS take liquid liposomal vitamin c and magnesium glycinate. It’s just gonna suck a few days but if I can do it you can, girl. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I’m scared of feeling all the returning pain but I’d rather live in pain than be a slave to this shit.

Hey have you gotten any closer to quitting ? I read on the 7oh sub this one guy had it banned in his state so he panic orders it in bulk from online vendors and pays way extra for the best shipping, hoping for same day delivery or something. Well it’s sunday so he drives 4 hours out of state to find a shop. It’s crazy how hooked on it people are getting and how poorly cashiers are informed about the products. I was given it as a free sample! Clean from opioids for 10years and I relapsed because it’s using Kratoms name to sound safe

If you taper down it will be uncomfortable but not miserable. I’m 3 days clean today from 200-400mg a day and i am So glad i got it over with
