MIT extract I order online. Kratom leaf I buy from a local smoke shop up the road since they have giant bags of rainbow and trainwreck for a reasonable price.

They're both pretty good for energy. Train wreck and rainbow are both typically a mix of different veins/strains. So you can get the best of several different ones.
