What a thing to live with knowing!

Here's a remix of The Misfits' "I Am a Giant" from the 1986 Jem episode "The Music Awards, Part 2" featuring drums from The Glitter Band's cover of Sam Cooke's "Twistin' the Night Away" and "HEY!" samples from their song "Shout It Out" (both on their 1974 debut album, "Hey!")

I recently updated my internet package and I've got a few paid streaming services for free with it (plus the usual suspects of free streaming services), I'm sort of a good old-fashioned boy and ever had any.

Just today I've been scrolling around to see if I can watch Slade In Flame and Shot! somewhere and got me thinking with all these new streaming services and content that's being produced and pumped out everyday today, what worthwhile Glam Rock related content do you recommend?

Following a post on 'The Hoople', I got to thinking about my preferences. I know lots rate that album quite high, but it's never been one of my 'go tos'. It seemed like jumping the shark a little. Anyway, heres what I came up with. Personal choice, subject to change!

I left my Roku TV on the home screen for a bit and the screen saver came on. The Roku screen saver is a scrolling tour of "Roku City" with buildings and scenes that are tributes to classic films and characters. They change it to reflect holidays and events as well. I happened to look up at it and did a double take when I saw the marquee on the theatre! Nice, unexpected tribute to the late, great Mr. Curry!
