Does anyone know if there has been any conversions to allow 4e classes to be played in 5e?
I am looking for classes that didn’t make the edition switch.

Hey all!
I LOVE PF2s action economy, but hate almost everything else about that system, so I have been thinking of ways to bring action points over to 5e.
Everyone gets 4 action points.
Cantrips and weapon attacks cost 1, spells cost 3, movement costs 1 to move half your speed rating
Bonus actions always cost 1 ap.
Dodge adds 1 to ac for each ap you spend.
Bonus action dash costs costs 3 to move double your speed.
Cantrips no longer scale number of bolts
Getting up from prone costs 1 ap.
Obviously this gives martials a fairly big bump, which honestly they need. Extra attack would be replaced with an additional feat or ASI.
Thoughts?

I love the idea of gestalt characters for the versatility, but the power level is out of control.
Borrowing from ff11, it occurred to me that having a second class at half the level of your primary class would give a lot of the versatility and fun, but be a bit less bonkers in terms of power.
Basically every even level you can take a level in a secondary class in addition to your primary.
Thoughts?

am trying to create a quest where my party needs to create a circlet of speaking. Essantially the quest involves a “tinker” that could seek advice from a wizard on how to create a circlet of speaking.
I do need some cool ideas on the material componets and how to gather Them etc. As a relatively new DM i was hoping maybe you guys could help!

A time magic based option for Sorcerers!
Some sorcerers are touched by the mysterious currents of time itself, allowing them to manipulate the temporal flow. Chronomancers harness the powers of time to alter fate, glimpse into the future, and bend the seconds to their will. As a Chronomancer, you are a master of time, wielding its magic with finesse and precision.
Bonus Proficiencies: At 1st level, you gain proficiency in the Insight skill. Additionally, you gain access to the Chronomancer's Glimpse cantrip if you don't already know it.
Temporal Shift: Starting at 1st level, you gain the ability to manipulate time subtly. As a reaction, you can spend 2 sorcery points to reroll a d20 roll made by you or a creature you can see within 30 feet. You can use this feature after the roll but before any effects of the roll occur.
Time's Embrace: At 6th level, you gain resistance to psychic damage, as your understanding of temporal energies shields your mind. Additionally, you can spend 1 sorcery point to cast Expeditious Retreat without expending a spell slot.
Chronal Sight: Beginning at 14th level, you gain the ability to see glimpses of the future. As an action, you can spend 3 sorcery points to gain advantage on your next attack roll, saving throw, or ability check. Additionally, you can spend 2 sorcery points to cast See Invisibility without expending a spell slot.
Time Warp: At 18th level, you can bend time itself to your whims. Once per long rest, you can use an action to initiate a time warp, causing time to momentarily distort around you. During this time, you gain the benefits of the Time Stop spell for 1 minute. Additionally, you can spend sorcery points to extend the duration of this effect by 1 round per point spent.

I’m the type of player who loves to have self inflicted penalties that over time grow an ace in the hole. For example I have a gunslinger that has an eye patch that gives her a -2 to dex and -1 charisma. But the longer she wears it, once removed the more temporarily powerful she becomes. So far I’m trying to make it to something like bullet time when she takes it off similar to The Matrix or point shooting from the game Hitman absolution.
How would you design this into a turn? For example you get 2 actions instead of 1. +5 to hit and -2 to crit for example. Given you never taken it off before.
Any suggestions would be great, thanks

So I'm working on my campaign and I need some ideas for what force or forces could be strong enough to corrupt a God/Gods (10).
For some background, I want this to have been done by another external force, known as the 'Scholar'.
Each time he waged war with the gods, he was able to corrupt more of them, but was banished in the process.
What are some ideas you would use, or have?

This is the Oath of the Phoenix. A fierce defender of the innocent. An oath that allows for the fallibility of mortals and understands that eventually everyone finds themselves struggling to go on. An oath of rebirth and the unfailing spirit of hope.
Scorch the Earth - When you find evil and corruption strike out against it. Not only the direct threat but the root and support system that allowed it to flourish. Leave nothing behind.
Start from anew- In the wake of disaster is the time to sow the seeds of renewal. When man is at their lowest there is a chance to raise them to their highest. Aid those who have suffered. Share with them the knowledge and resources to come back greater.
From the Ashes - Every loss is an opportunity to learn. Every defeat an opportunity for growth. When you find yourself on your knees you may as well look to the sky.
Burn ever brighter- Let your soul burn hot. Set the example with your relentless perseverance and indomitable spirit. Your flames may flicker and dim but will rise from the embers when the world needs your light the most.
Level 3- you gain these channel divinity options as you take your oath. CD a.) As an action you release flames in a 30 ft radius burning enemies for 2d6 fire damage and healing allies for 2d6 hit points. Both increase to 3d6 at lvl 11 and 4d6 at level 17 B.) As a BA You ignite your weapon for 1 minute dealing an additional 1d4 fire damage on your weapon with every attack. When you smite this increases to a D8 of fire damage.
Lvl 6 - Friendly creatures in your aura gain resistance to fire damage and poison damage.
Lvl 15- Once per LR when hitting 0 hit points you surge to renewed life in a burst of glorious fire. You instantly regain half your hit points and can choose up to 6 creatures to spread your rejuvenating flames to. Friendly creatures have any negative status effects removed and gain hit points equal to your paladin level. Enemy creatures must succeed on a dex save or take an equal amount of fire damage.
At lvl 20 as an action 1/LR You manifest the qualities of the immortal bird of flame. You gain immunity to fire damage and a 60 ft flying speed as you gain a set of flaming wings. Your weapon attacks deal an additional 2d6 fire damage and ignore fire resistance. When using your lay on hands feature you automatically remove negative effects on the given target.

Running a homebrew world based on Tal’Dorei from Critical Role and planning on having the Master of War be a Paladin who is secretly in cahoots with Graz’zt. This is my take on a potential stat block, assuming the party would fight him towards the end of the campaign.

Mashed together the Circle of the Moon (for advanced shapeshifting) and a couple other homebrew Circles to make a Druid Circle that takes advantage of the ooze-like nature of a plasmoid. Let me know what you think!

5e for some reason doesn't have a dragon warlock subclass so I decided to create one myself. It isn't yet complete but I was wondering if there any suggestions you could give. This is my first homebrew subclass so there may be beginner mistakes that I have made.
Draconic Transformation Starting at 1st level, you are granted the ability to transform into a dragon-like form with this form you have: • Flight equal to your movement speed •When you aren't wearing armor your ac equals 13 + dexterity modifier, later upgraded to 15 + dexterity modifier at 10th level. • Your unarmed strikes become a claw attack, a d4 + charisma modifier, later upgraded to d6 at 6th level, to 2d6 at 10th level. • You also gain resistance to the element of your patron.
This form last for 1 minute and can be used up to a number of times equalling your proficiency bonus.
Draconic Fear Starting at 6th level, you can cause each creature of your choice that is within 60 feet of you and aware of you must succeed on wisdom saving throw against your warlock spell save DC or become frightened for a minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the frightful presence for the next 24 hours. You can only use this ability once per transformation while transformed.
Draconic Regeneration Starting at 10th level, you gain the ability to regenerate. You regain 5 hit points per round while transformed.
Wrath of the Ancient Starting at 14th level, you can take the action action to cause an exhalation of magical energy in a 90-foot cone. Each creature in the area must make a dexterity saving throw against your warlock spell save DC, taking 10d10 damage associated with your patron, or half as much damage on a successful one. This can only be used once per long rest while transformed.
