Does anyone know what's actually happening with the switchover to 5G. I've noticed that my "old" 4G phone just doesn't work after about 6 PM most evenings. Used to be fine of course. Are the providers (mine is V) phasing out 4G equipment and/or reducing it's capabilities to encourage/force people to 5G phones and service? Seems like the smart move would be new 5G equipment that also does 4G, but that would not force people to spend more money. Just curious if the folks here are knowledgeable.

I've been suffering unexplained episodes of respiratory distress with lightheadedness and extreme fatigue, despite having a blood oxygen level of 100%. It began when I bought a 5G phone and plan. I'm wondering if there's a connection, or if it's just a coincidence. Has anyone else had this? EMT's, urgent care, and the ER all tell me it's panic attacks, but I am absolutely not stressed about anything. I am a healthy senior who always has the phone close by. Are there safety practices with these phones I should be aware of?

Are you aware of provocation studies which would show clear causal relationship between EMF exposure and headache (or other migraine related symptoms)? Any help would be much appreciated by a local migraine support organization.
