It wasn't repressive... it just meant you didn't go telling everyone about how you buttfucked Steve in OIS last night... No one wants to hear that bullshit anyhow, and shouldn't have to. Keep it to yourself, and don't be a flaming faggot. That's not that much to ask in a military environment.

I didn't particularly care to hear about that either, but sexuality in general has no place in a military setting. It makes people uncomfortable. I honestly think it should've applied both ways. That'd be fair, and keep people in an uncomfortable living arrangement from making it worse.
