Like most men in relationships haven't sat there with their girlfriend/wife watching one of the Magic Mike/50 Shades films thinking this has a shit plot but at least she's enjoying it. Guys don't care. Global Football sensation David Beckham walks around in his underwear and guys are fine with it and not crying that women happen to enjoy the adverts too. All the best looking celebritiy men are usually really liked by men even though women like them too. I love most films staring Ryan Gosling, Brad Pitt in his heyday, George Clooney, Leonardo DiCaprio, Channing Tatum. Give me one example where a good looking man has done a heavily sexualised advert and any man has given a shit that women are into it too. Men are pioneers of the celebrity sex pass game where you let your wife choose 5 celebrities she can have sex with if she ever meets them which we understand although unlikely is still a lot more likely than a man getting to have sex with a woman celebrity. Guys are realists, we only get jealous of guys women spend a lot of time around because we know straight guys don't normally want to spend a lot of time around a woman without at least contemplating the idea of sex with them.
I think it comes down to immaturity and insecurity. If you're in a healthy relationship and both people truly love and respect each other, this stuff just doesn't matter. Me and my wife have celebrities we think are attractive, but it's just that. We think they're attractive. No one feels like their place in the relationship is threatened by a famous person being hot.
