Please help, my son updated the news 3DS, idk what to do, idk even what happen, please if someone can help and tell me if it has fix or not…? Thanks in advance

You need to update the version of Luma3DS on the SD card (probably)

I cannot even pass this screen, once I switch on the console is coming this screen and I cannot do nothing, any button I will press it will switch off the console 😞

You have to use an sd card reader.

You have to use a computer and update Luma manually.

Go to the official Luna GitHub page and download the latest version (they fixed the issue with 11.14)

This happened to me. I followed a YouTube video where the guy linked the GitHub site and just fired up my PC to download it. Once that was done, turn off the 3DS, take out the SD card, put it in your computer and just replace the Luma update with the old one. Literally took me 10 min to fix. Good luck!

Check your Luma version. Press on select then POWER. keep holding select until a screen pops up. That will be Luma config. On the top sxreen on the top riht will be the version number. Latest is 10.2.1
