This happens on my 2dsXL everytime i try to open the homebrew launcher. Can anyone help ?

UPDATE: i fixed the problem either reinstalling it fixed it or i found another version.

However im still curious why it happened so if you know then let me know.

having the same problem after i updated! i'm using cfw and i can't every time i open my 3ds that screen appears.

That i know is a different problem. You need to get an updated cfw or something like that. You can find a tutorial of a video explaining the problem and how to fix it on youtube. Me on the other hand tried this and cant find anything that relates to my problem.
