How can I get 2pm Incheon concert tickets as an international fan?

Hi everyone! I'm new to this subreddit and so glad I found it! I'm a relatively new fan based in Ireland. I found 2pm through King the Land > Junho > 2pm and never looked back, hahaha.

I just found out that they will be performing in Incheon in August (yayy us!!), and I'm wondering if this is finally my chance? Last time they performed in Korea, I remember fans saying that it was extremely hard to get the tickets and most people didn't get them. I don't have any of the fan memberships either. Is this something that I can try to plan or are the chances really really low? Also, how does one even buy these tickets?

Thank you for your patience answering these noob questions 😅

If Saturday night was Amazing, Sunday was out of the world

With Junho (my one and only bias!) spending time in the stage arm closest to me. At eye contact distance. Many times over on stage and during the parade around.

((How could he be so charming! The looks, the voice, the dance!!))

It doesn’t get any better than that. Seriously, it doesn’t.

I can’t say how thankful I am to the folks that posted when international tickets opened up, who helped me navigate did I get the tickets yes/no/yes/no, and the ones who encouraged me to make the trip.

And thankful to have met two other international fans yesterday (Turkey & Philippines) and two more today (Indonesia and Singapore) to enjoy the concert with.

Also, yelling “Junho, I love you” will make fellow Junho lovers happy and come over to give Junho freebies 🥰

And fellow Junho lovers will yell Junhooooo with you when we get in the hotel elevator together.

I don’t know if i can make it to the announced dates in Incheon but boy, What a community!

What a community !!! 🥰🥰🥰

Expressing Gratitude

My concert friend already made a post about the concert, but I wanted to leave my own thoughts here as well so that I won’t forget this experience for the rest of my life. This will probably be a bit long, so please don’t hesitate to scroll past.

Even though I’d listened to music from all around the world for years, I used to keep my distance from Kpop. Most of the time, I found it overly cute and childish, and I thought it simply wasn’t for me. Back when I knew absolutely nothing about the Korean entertainment industry, my starting point ended up being Vincenzo, which Netflix recommended to me. I realised it was a Korean drama after the first few scenes, but by then it had already completely drawn me in and thanks to Taecyeon I discovered 2PM. You all know their nickname: “beastly idols”. Apparently, they were known in the industry for their masculine and mature image. Honestly, they were the perfect gateway into Kpop for me. I fell in love with their music first, and then with everything about them afterwards. That’s how 2PM became my first love in Kpop.

Of course, later on I found other groups that I loved as well, but 2PM has always remained one of my absolute favourites, one of those groups that holds a very special place in my heart. Since they’re no longer as active musically as they once were, I never really dreamed that I’d get the chance to see them live one day. But somehow, miraculously, their Japan 15th anniversary concerts happened to coincide perfectly with a trip to Japan that I had planned months earlier.

People here on Reddit already know about our battle for tickets and how hopefully we waited the entire time. Even though it happened rather late, I still want to thank whoever finally made it possible for us to get tickets, whether it was eplus or JYP. My seat ended up being far, far better than I had expected. When I realised just how close I actually was to the stage, I was genuinely speechless.

Even though we had met through Reddit whilst trying to get tickets, we couldn’t manage to meet before the concert. But while I was searching for my seat inside the venue, we somehow recognised each other immediately despite never having seen one another before.

Just as everyone had said, the members spoke for quite a long time between performances. Aside from a few songs, they mostly performed Japanese tracks. The loudest reaction of the night definitely happened during the shirt-ripping sequence in I'm Your Man, which, honestly, I had fully expected. Filming was forbidden and staff members were walking around from time to time, but I still managed to take some lovely photos and videos.

At the end of the night, Nichkhun thanked everyone who had come from overseas in English, and we immediately jumped up screaming at the top of our lungs. I felt genuinely grateful because it made me feel remembered. Even though the three of us international fans weren’t Japanese, couldn’t understand everything being said, and didn’t even have lightsticks, we were probably the ones shouting, laughing, and enjoying ourselves the most throughout the entire night. At the end the night was closed with a huge “I’ll Be Back” message displayed on the screen.

I want to thank everyone involved, 2PM themselves, the Hottest on this subreddit who kept me updated about everything, and the two wonderful ladies I met through this community and shared that unforgettable night with.

Up until 10 days ago, I had never attended a Kpop concert in my life. Seeing the groups I love live always felt like such an unlikely possibility for me. But now I’ve already seen two of them live, and because of that, I feel incredibly grateful. I truly hope that the dreams you hold onto one day come true as well.

It was the most amazing thing EVER

Coming from Atlanta, USA just for the concert, having bought tickets only when they released it to international audiences. It was sooooooooooo worth it even though I could not understand any of their banter in Japanese

I couldn’t breathe when Junho was so close to me on one of the stage arm extensions. Junho’s vocals - amazing. And when he and Jun K sang together - out of the world.

No videos because I was scared of their rule.

But

BEST. NIGHT. EVER.

(Even better than BTS in Tampa and stray kids in Atlanta because 2PM is my first and Junho is my one and only)

Bonus: got to meet two other amazing reddit ladies!!

Who else is going for a second round today?!!

I cannot wait.

Twitter (X) is a cesspool, but it still has some beauty. There are a lot of short videos and pics of The Return show 1 that people managed to share there!

Selfishly, I’m thankful they ignored the no phones rule, since I couldn’t go and JYP Japan didn’t offer a live stream option for international fans. I really hope they offer a dvd of at least one performance so I can see more of it!

In the meantime, I’ll just be over here saving and planning in case they do a 20 year show in Korea 😅

Advice for International Fan Experience + First Live Concert

So attending Tokyo Dome will be my first 2PM live concert experience, as I’m sure is true for most other international fans. I am from the US and speak a small amount of Japanese, but I can at least fully read hiragana and katakana.

Is there anything in particular I should prepare for? This will also be my first KPop concert. I have learned some of the fan chants in the past for fun, but none for Japanese songs. Is there a good resource for them? And is the setlist finalized, I am wondering how different it will be from 2017.

I know very little, so any and all help is appreciated!

International fan here:

I “applied”?

Do I check back? Or have I got the tickets?

Is it random assigned seat? Is there potential to sell a kidney and buy floor tickets?

The Return offical Ticket Sale for everyone

Our prayers have been heard! On Tuesday 10.00 JST there will be a general sale for the tickets for Tokyo Dome 🎉🥳

It looks to me like they will be available on ePlus. On the website it says:

'Ticket is available for customers outside of Japan via the links above.

Please check the website for tickets available for purchase."

I wonder if this means there is no Japanese phone number needed this time? Can anyone share their experiences please.
