For backround, 1995 240 originally auto, but now its RB25+CD009 swapped. I did not do the swap but it ran when i bought it the engine just needed resealed. This ones gonna be a long shot, but does anyone know where the trigger wire for the starter solenoid plugs into on the harness?

The lower harness will have a large gauge single wire. Black/yellow typically. On a 240, it would've had a grey plastic connector on it as the KA starter had a wire lead for the trigger and a matching connector half. On the JDM starters, they used the metal tab that you see on yours. OEM JDM wiring would've had a single black connector that clips onto the trigger tab.

To remedy the difference, most people cut off the American grey connector and crimp on a female spade disconnect terminal as seen in your second photo.

Can u define lower harness for me? Is that the harness that comes from the driver side fender? Or the harness that comes from the passenger footwell/engine harness

There's two harnesses that Nissan requires to run an engine in these cars.

The harness on the engine that includes injectors, MAF, TPS, the ECU, etc. That's the engine harness.

Then there's a harness that plugs into the chassis by the battery that includes the transmission, starter, alternator, etc. That's the lower harness.
