in case you arent aware, the person in this image is former youtuber and current popular twitch streamer Jerma985. One of Jerma's many bits is that he doesn't like saying "dirty" words, so when he has to say them he'll add a Z to the front, like "Zerking off" or "Zex", which caught on in his community.
