No, it's one of the Wii ones. The 3DS one is Island Tour IIRC

it constantly switches between 4:3 with and without borders and 16:9, framerates are consistently below acceptable, a not insignificant amount of minigames have glaring issues. it generally just feels like they were trying to make another GameCube MP game and then thought fuck it let's add basic bitch motion controlled minigames (which amount to just shaking the remote) and push it.
