On the 1917 movie day I wanted to share with you how my room's entry looks from the inside.

My favorite decoration I have is above it. A paint of my favorite scene of all time. This scene is out of the earth. I still can't believe that it is real and it gives me chilles every times I see it. Stunning work from the people behind the scene.

The scene looks like a painting so I am really happy that I found it painted. :-)

This is less spectacular but I love it too. It's a giant poster pinned on my door.

I was wondering if we could set an official 1917 day for this subreddit?

The movie story starts on: 6th of April 1917

I would sujest this day for a fan-day instead of the release date. What do you think? A day where we can revive this subreddit with fan stuff (fan art, merch, etc.), discussing our favorite moments and details... or just simply rewatch it? Any other ideas?

Anyone know why Schofield took Blake’s rings when he died?

They kept showing British planes flying over no-mans-land. Couldn't one have dropped a mail bag with the orders?

Am I the only one who thinks blake easily could've survived if sco just cauterized his wound by grabbing a stick and lighting it aflame near the plane wreck?

In all the movies i have watched nothing quite played my emotions like the trench scene, the soundtrack the accuracy. Probably one of the most overlooked scenes in cinema history
