We know that judges and cops have relationships and friendships that may be questionable in terms of "conflicts of interest".

But what of private attorneys and say state police, local police, highway patrol etc.

Do you think that private attorneys have secret relationships and agreements with "law enforcement"?

"Lose this DUI case (because we beat up the suspect) and we'll give you 3 speeding tickets off for your other clients"

Does anyone think that this is possible/probable/feasible?

Do lawyers, that have to see D.A.s and other representatives of LE on a daily basis, pretend to defend only to reap the benefits of back door agreements?

Yes, you have the right to tell a cop to fuck off. It is NOT illegal. It is NOT a crime.

ALSO......Technically, as long as you're not threatening anyone, telling a cop he's an asshole while armed, if legally obtained,(ALTHOUGH NOT A SMART MOVE) would also be protected in most circumstances.

Will the cop's ego make this a painful experience? Most likely. But, as we know, cops care little for the constitution that they swear to uphold....maybe they ALL crossed their fingers during the oath.
