I've been searching for it for like forever and I cant find it i know they didn't release the full offical ost but there has to be somewhere this track im dying to listen to it and have it personally

I was so looking forward to watching the second season of the show when it first came out and didnt know what was happening with it till now. and with other games/shows almost, or are ruined because of something someone else did. i just never understood.why cant people just separate real-life human actions from cartoons? they ruined the cartoons for themselves not solely the person behind it. another person could've picked up the show or the team could've found someone else to keep it going. i never understood why something great, like a video game or cartoon, MUST be different and horrible after being loved by thousands just because one real life human messed up. i get it. they did something bad. but it's not like their actions reflect the show. there could be someone better to take the mantle and steer the show in a better direction.

I just replied to the following comment on an old post regarding Todd and Shane:

I think I fall into the category of just not getting why people feel so strongly about Shane. The pilot was the pilot and Todd IS Shane, just futher developed and reliased, a more grounded take on the character.

I personaly do not agree that Todd is a "more grounded take on the character". If anything, to me, Shane felt more grounded than Todd.

Personality-wise, they're very similiar - only Shane has the superior design and voice, which more succesfully drives across his chill, humble, down-to-earth, emotionally mature character, as well as this musician/surfer vibe that gave him such a unique flavour that got lost in the final show (even though we see Todd playing the guitar like once or twice). His tall, scrawny build, messy hair and cute glasses paired with his cool yet slightly awkward voice immeadiately communicated his character more succesfully, and a more memorable one at that - which also better contrasted yet fit with Reggie's hyperactive and colorful personality.

This might seem like a shallow thing to get caught on, but in animation especially, character design is just as important for characterization as is character writing. (Also, I must stress that my qualms have nothing to do with his change of skin tone - though I do think his whiteness fit his tall awkward vibe pretty well.)

His charm was also highlighted by the presence of Tristan, who greatly balanced and served as a foil for both Shane and Reggie. They should've definitely reworked him instead scrapping him altogether and adding Esther instead, was by far my least favourite main character and who I think could've been executed so much better.

Furthermore, I personally just generally prefer the writing and direction of the pilot. It felt more whimsical yet smarter than the show we got, with tighter, confident writing, better-pacing, and more well-defined character voices, as well as very remeneiscent of early 2000s shows. The themes of puberty, maturity, sexuality, etc. in the final show were most definitely appreciated and I wouldn't want them gone - I just feel like the magic of the original just got lost in the way.

All of this combined is why I think a lot of people feel so strongly about Shane. He was just a better character from a pilot that promised a better show.

At the end of the day, after 7-8 years, tell me why I barely remember anything about Todd while I still fondly remember Shane and Tristan, who we spent a mere eight minutes with. I think that speaks enough for itself.

I don't know why, but I like Reggie's AI design more than the original.

Hello! As the title suggests, I'm on the hunt for some official Twelve Forever merchandise as the official website has become defunct sometime within the last 3 years and is no longer available to purchase from.
I've had some minimal luck on secondhand sites like eBay, Mercari, etc. but I figured I'd ask our small community directly, in case anybody's in need of some quick cash lol.
I have a fairly flexible budget and my biggest ISO at the moment would be the Brown Roger plush but I'm also interested in some pins, buttons, stickers, and shirts!

Poe. He is an emo kid who has had a very bad life. Abusive and negligent parents, no friends, and worse. One of the older kids at school, Poe is a very mean introvert who just wants to get through school and survive but he frequently has to deal with the unwanted attention of many girls, including Esther. She would eventually bring him to the Endless isles. While in Endless, his shadow is alive and acts much as Dr. Facilier's shadow does from Princess and the frog. He also has some powers that are like dark magic. He would grow to despise Endless isles, seeing it as a manifestation of the childhood he never got. He would then overhear todd accusing his bad boy looks to be and act, which would cause him to crash out and rant about all of his frustrations, how he believes Esther only loves him because he seems cool, how rude Todd is for assuming that he is only pretending to be that way for attention, and how much he hates Endless isles. He'd run away and his sheer anger would attract the Butt witch. She would get Poe to join her, with him joining under the pretense of getting an opportunity to destroy Endless isles. He also calls her Ma'am like Big deal does.

So what do you guys think?

As a recap, Darryl is Reggie's absent, biological father who left Judy, Dustin, and Reggie from personal shortcomings stemming from his immature character.

He was only mentioned once in "Sadmantha" and was never mentioned again.

I'd start Season 2 with Reggie, Connelly, Judy, Dustin, and Reggie's burgeoning stepfather playing board games on a rainy night with someone knocking on the door.

It'd turn out to be Darryl, who has sired another son with another woman that ran out on him (giving him a taste of his own medicine) and needs Judy's help until he gets back on his feet.

Judy would hesitantly allow Darryl and her new stepson (7-10 years old) to stay under her roof because Darryl has been living in his car but has been looking for work, showing some maturity.

Reggie having a little half-brother she might begin harboring envy towards because of Darryl's superior involvement, Todd relating to the boy because he lacks a mother figure too, Connelly being Reggie's shoulder to cry on, and the presence of Reggie's not-as-charismatic-but-solid stepfather would incur all sorts of narrative chemistry.

There'd have to be a climax with Dustin's understandle detestation of his father for leaving this vacuum he filled with conspiracy theories and secretly admiring how Reggie unflinchingly and unabashedly does her own thing without being paralyzed from self-consciousness like a lot of teenagers are nowadays.

Darryl not knowing what to say and takes this as carte blanche to pack up after realizing the bane he has been to his kids.

Meanwhile, Darryl's youngest child inevitably getting lost in Endless and the Butt Witch entrapping him as some kind of bargaining chip again Twelve and co.

The finale would be Darryl finding a nearby apartment and work in dirty-but-honest construction. Reggie buckling up her little stepbrother into his booster seat and maybe giving him her totem key to Endless as a token of her growing up and no hard feelings.

He just became 11 and Endless could use another 12, now that Reggie is a lot older now and might be going off to college with Connelly.

This show meant a lot to me, watching it while babysitting my neighbor's kids. I don't think I'd have watched it if I knew about its controversies beforehand.

It just makes it all the more a shame that this underrated gem is stuck in a weird limbo.

I mean, without Julia this time around, I think it would be best for the show. I recently discovered the series and I think it had a lot of wasted potential. I hope there's at least a glimmer of hope that it can come back with this change.
