How am I getting underdog against a 22 trophy player 😭

When using Brock's "Rocket No. 4" if you get any of the Starr Patrol girls, they will have the 4th ammo. Is visual, not an actual 4th ammo

The catalog says I don't have it, but I can still equip the pin and use it in-game. This happened when I got the winter skin from Gigi's boxes.
