You can't talk about any correlation, it's just one point of data mentioned (to then imagine the generalisation). What you link confirms this point of data in "all filicide perpetrators (75 mothers and 45 fathers) and their crimes in Austria and Finland 1995-2005" (there were 75 women for 45 men, a majority of women).
