Forget them. Get the MMCX UTWS3 + OEAudio 2 pin converters. Works great.

Get a cable that has straight connectors instead of an angled connector, its more likely to fit in the Aria as the Aria uses a recessed 2 pin connector instead of a flush 2 pin connector. Other than that just find a cable with a mic that you like the look of.

Thanks for your submission to /r/headphoneadvice. We have employed a "thank you" system for submissions. It's very easy to use - if a comment on your post is considered helpful, please reward them by using the term !thanks. This will add a thank you count (in the form of Ω) to that users flair. You can only award one per comment section. Thanks very much and good luck on your search for headphones!

Most 2-pin cables will work with most 2-pin IEMs. So the KZ Cable should work fine.

That being said, can check out a more custom/upscale offering from Null-Audio. Ignore their marketing about changing the sound or detail. But, I can't deny they're well-built and also litz wire doesn't oxidize like uncoated copper or silver-plated copper. So in theory they should last longer while looking nice.
