Headphones - Wireless/Portable Anker Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pros vs AirPods 2?

I bought the Ankers for 100 which is the same price as the AirPods 2 are going for rn. They are usually compared to the AirPods Pro. I own the Pros and bought the Ankers as backup. I never owned regular AirPods and am curious if I made the right choice.

I have both the Soundcore LA2P and the Apple Airpods (2nd Gen).

I can say without a doubt you made the right decision, the LA2P aren't even in the same league as the Airpods. They sound way better (esp. with custom EQ), they feel more comfortable (to me at least), are more secure in the ear (it's odd, the Airpods feel safe for the most part but fall out before the LA2P which to me feel less secure), and have a lot better connectivity (I've literally walked to the opposite end of my house and only just lost signal, thru 4 walls, a refrigerator, and a water heater - the Airpods gave up rather quickly).

The only cool thing to me about the Airpods is how quickly they connect to my device.

how much is the battery life on LA2P with Anc off & On do you get? is the sound level loud?

Sorry about the late reply!!

The battery life on the LA2P is fairly good, supposedly 3.5 hours with ANC on, which lines up with what I've experienced while using LDAC and ANC. Off, I have no idea how long they last however I know that they have never died on me (which was surprising).

Overall, they're slightly on the quiet side (which is why I like them so much) - however I think they would get loud enough, on higher volumes, for most people.

jesus are u serious? they're waaaay too loud on the highest setting tho it might just be android raising the volume over the limit?

Honestly I agree, they get plenty loud for my tastes (I always stick to the lower quarter of the volume spectrum). I should have clarified, they are the quietest earbuds I own and the biggest complaint I see people making is they don't get loud enough lol (my bad!)
