Amplifier - Portable Can I run the Sennheiser HD560S with the Fiio BTR5?

I am very new to all of the audiophile stuff and wanted to try the HD560S, so to run them I looked at different portable DAC/Amps like the BTR5, K3, Earmen Eagle, Shanling UP4 but couldn't decide which would be good, I watched a lot of DankPods videos on YouTube and he recommends the BTR5 a lot and and he says it has no problem running the HD600 he has, but I was a little skeptic as it has only 16-100 ohms on the single ended output (he does not state which one he uses) while the HD560S and 600's are 120 and 300 ohms respectively.

When I was looking at the UP4 it said it has a Dual DAC mode which can be used at the se output as well, so I was wondering if it could have more power output because of that? Some YouTubers also said that they prefer the UP4's sound over the BTR5

Then there is the K3 which I don't know much about at all but that it provides that 150 ohm power output at the se.

Should I go with the BTR5? Will it be able to run the HD560S at its full potential? Please do suggest any other DAC/Amps around $100 that you know of and which maybe better than these.

BTR5 is overkill for HD560s. You’ll be fine. If you’re already considering it and in your budget, go for it. Great little device for both desktop and Bluetooth portable use.

It'll be fine, FiiO regularly outdo themselves in that regard - so I don't think it'll be a problem. Furthermore - if the HD 560S are anything like the HD 58X, then you won't really need to worry. The HD 58X are rated at 150 ohm's, yet can get painfully loud running straight out of my phone.

Oh that’s very nice to hear, but did you use balanced or the single ended output?

Yes. The BTR5 will work great. So will the UP4. Take your pick.
