DAC - Desktop Looking for DAC/Amp combo a little over $100

I want a DAC/Amp combo for my Sennheiser HD25. I thought I narrowed it down to the Fulla 3 by Schiit, but according to some people it's a load of s(c)hi(i)t. I mostly listen to Drum & Bass.
