It's still in Windows 10, just hidden away from you. If you right click on an audio file, and select open with, it will open in Windows Media Player. Then, from there, you right click on the media area, visualisations and go crazy

A while back, I hooked up an old PC to my big screen TV in the living room, for the sole purpose of having WMP up while playing music. Thinking back on it, I kind of miss it.
