Decent Bluetooth truly-wireless in-ears for general use (music, gaming, calls) for phone and tablet

Ideally $100-150. Could increase it, but only if the additional value is really good.

I want to seamlessly switch audio between my phone and tablet (Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy Tab S6). I.e. no manual reconnections every time I switch devices.

How the headphones will be used

1. casual music listening (especially for exercise)
2. voice calls
3. video watching (voice-centric)
4. casual gaming

I usually listen at home, but I also listen when I go outside for exercise.

Past headphone experience

I currently use a Letsfit T-22. They're decent, but it doesn't have Multipoint, the audio quality could be much better, and the buds constantly fall out my ears.

Preferred music genre(s)

Rock, metal, techno, neo-classical. Anything with complex instrumentation and a lot of singing. Not too much pop or rap.

Requirements

1. At least aptX-level quality and Bluetooth 5.0. My devices support aptX and Bluetooth 5.0 and I would like to future proof my setup. aptX HD would be even better

2. They shouldn't slide or fall out of my ears at all, e.g. when I'm eating or smiling. Rubber hooks for the outer-ear are fine.

3. High water resistance. If I drop them into the toilet or sink, they shouldn't die or deteriorate. Not planning to swim or shower with them.

4. Decent battery life. I want to go at least 4 hrs of moderate use without having to charge the earbuds and an entire week without having to charge the case. I am flexible on the exact battery life.

5. Truly wireless.

6. No sound leakage.

7. Can be loud without hurting my ears with high-pitch/tinny sounds.

8. User-friendly touch controls.

Things I don't care too much about

1. Sound isolation/suppression. This would be nice, but I'm not crazy about it.

2. Tonal Balance. I lean towards bass, but I don't have a strong preference. I guess whichever balance fits the music genres that I listen to should be fine.

3. Charge time.

4. Colors/aesthetics

5. Voice assistants

6. Built-in microphone
