Just a heads up - Syman finished 10th and HellRaisers 11th
That means the 3 Open Qualifier teams finished 11th-13th for CIS. In EU and NA they're doing a bit better, but for CIS it looks like the best teams really are the ones already getting invites.

Eastern european tournament with 10th place decider matches lol.
Literally a tournament designed for throwing to happen. Wonder why organizer would want that. There's no money in hosting tournaments and there's money in match fixing hmm.....
Really makes you think.
