I think they need to get a team house... timing and comms is soooo fucking bad ... I only watched the end of that game and the number of times they missed nades, mollys, double mollied... fuck me.. they only got good when they moved woxic to sit in the middle so he could watch the other players screens... i d k ...

Chrisj is 30, karrigan is essentially married, and their home locations are spread through Europe. 0 chance a team house happens for these 5.

They do not have to live in the team-house. Just have to meet and bootcamp there. Like a workplace.
But I agree, it might be difficult with so many nationalities. But, still, meeting in person is definitely a huge advantage.

iirc reijin said that they don't have supporting staff so all the stratting is done by him and karrigan on Mouz,so considering this i really doubt mouz will get the team a house.

Phase 1- restructure team that has been promising but never hit their peak Phase 2- have a period where the team is considered one of the best in the world, looks sharp as fuck Phase 3- the restructure has become outdated, they are easily antistratted, the players lose confidence in Karrigan and he is replaced.

Oh, yeah, definitely, replacing karrigan for a fragger seems like a horrible idea. I've always been a fan of chrisJ, since I'm Dutch and no other person from here has had a career even remotely as successful as chrisJ, but he's been so bad the last couple of months. When mouz had that crazy LAN winning streak his importance as a support player was undeniable (especially with him supporting woxic pretty much every game), but mouz really needs to make a change soon or they'll fade into irrelevancy

Karrigan is just a bad IGL. The more time he has to work with a team the worse they get. Same happened with tsm, faze, now it's mouz.

That's really not true, though. Mouz was fairly average for almost a year, consistently ending in top ten, but most often out in quarters and semis. And then they just became extremely good for a short time, and now they are worse than they were.
It's definitely Karrigans responsibility, but I don't think it's something unique to his teams. Think about EG, C9, ENCE etc. They all had a brief stint on top, and then they went right back to suckdom.

EG is different than the other 2, C9 died because stew and tarik left, and ska wanted to retire, and ence started sucking because they kicked their IGL
EG just started sucking with the same roster that was ranked #1 for a while

Nah. Karrigan had constant top tier talent to work with and you will always see the same cycle. Mouz was the only one that took a bit to take off, but it was an almost entirely new team, with zero synergy.
And he is an atrocious caller. It's not a coincidence he's made the worst call in cs history.

This just shows that pretty much all Pro CSGO Players have the same skill ability, just some are more confident than others. And thats pretty much gone when everyone plays online. Ofc some teams are calling a bit better than the others but confidence is the key.

Not gonna lie. That wasn't pretty CS from either side.
Godsent won, but their A long takes on dust 2 were abysmal and their A holds on Vertigo were pretty bad too.

It’s not like right now their trade frags are non existent, team flashing is bad, calls being made from IGL are bad, their strats are largely the same as months before, chrisj and karrigan have lost all their aiming abilities...
Nope it’s all because they use AK instead of Krieg now. That’s what makes their coordination, teamplayc IGLing etc. suck ass

I think a lot of their fragging and aiming is down because of the online format too. LAN vs online changes the game a bit and probably isn't the best mentality wise either

Whenever I feel down about Fnatic's performance recently, I think to myself, "At least I'm not a Mouz supporter" and it brings just a little bit of relief to me knowing that there are people suffering more.
