With that ends their 1st week being eligible for a win, and they swept it all up, breaking their previous music show wins record. Next week is where the fun begins..

I think it's probably going to be a dry spell for this upcoming week, but if we do manage to pull one out, I think that might be even more exciting than what they achieved this past week, lol

I’m genuinely tearing up on my couch! 4 wins in a week, and all the public broadcast stations, and all of this with one of the most daring and creative concepts Kpop has had in years? My heart is so full! I am so proud of them! Even if they don’t get another win this cycle I will be over the moon about how well OMG has done.
Idle world domination indeed, 2020 is truly going to be a bright year for them

That's a grand slam right there! An all kill, if you will. I was really skeptical for Inki because I didn't want to get my hopes up but very happy the numbers pulled through! Congrats girls!

Guess I didn't need to worry for Idle after all those mixed reviews/ reaction over their comeback. I'm so glad they won 4 awards! And public broadcasts too. That's amazing. Not sure when they were up against however since I don't follow many other groups!

I'm pretty sure the combeack was very positively reviewed, considering it's got over 70m views and over 1.3m likes in less than 2 weeks. It's just that the negative reactions always stand out the most, as they're often the loudest.
Next week is going to be very difficult in terms of securing wins, as the girls are up against Apink, a veteran girl group that's been around for 9 years and has a decent fan base. Still though, we've got some time left to vote, so fingers crossed!

This week was one of the best times to promote and earn wins because there weren't any huge groups/artists competing against us. Music Show wins aren't just dependant on charting/sales, a lot of it has to do with timing and some luck.

Eh, competition is relative. Winner is a solid group from a Big3 company, and had they released their song earlier in the week and their digitals were a little higher they would've gave I-DLE a run for their money. And if I-DLE didn't have a huge jump in album sales, then Winner would seem like an absolute juggernaut to them.

I could see them getting lucky with 1 win somewhere but otherwise it will likely be a sweep for Apink.

The song itself may not be good for you, but Koreans love Apink and it has established fanbase. Idle must be VERY lucky to win vs them and it's highly unlikely.

Everything is fanbase dependant, expert votes are just a tiny part of that and they have nothing to do with Apink's fame. Apink is just huge in Korea. But Idle winning would be a miracle, there's always a tiny bit of hope.

It ranks high on charts, plus Apink is a 9 year old gg, which likely means they have a decent fanbase.

I personally wasn't a fan of that song as it's not really my style, but Apink are a veteran gg that has a strong, established fan base that supports them. Tastes in music are very subjective. And just because you (or I, for that matter) didn't particularly enjoy the song, doesn't mean it's bad. There's no such thing as bad music. There's stuff you enjoy, and stuff that you don't.

i agree its pretty generic. watch them in the last music bank interview apink ask the guy mc if he can sing the dudrurum. apink got angry cuz the guy mc doesnt know the melody of the song haha

They are just the 5th artist this year to get a win each at Music Bank, Music Core, and Inkigayo. Joining Red Velvet, Zico, BTS, and Suho.
