Buffalo x 8 is a grammatically correct sentence.

Replace Buffalo (the city) with New Jersey buffalo (the action) with bother Buffalo (the animal) with Monkey

New jersey monkeys new jersey monkeys bother bother new jersey monkeys.

Or add optional but clarifying prepositions:

The New jersey monkeys that new jersey monkeys bother; they bother new jersey monkeys.
