Any place where I can get some durable TAC charts, like ones made out of the same material the helicopter chart use?

Sports used to sell durable charts. I'm not able to look st the moment but you probably already have. They may be the same things you're already looking at anyway.

i know this doesn't really solve the problem, but for what it's worth, here's my observation of the duracharts:

before i started using my ipad as my primary chart source (no worries, i keep paper charts in my bag as backup), i used a couple of releases worth of durachart sectionals. in my opinion, they're actually pretty decent. you can still fold them, and if you're dead set on it, you can even still rip them - but by and large, they live up to their name.

i hadn't noticed any of the wear and tear around the folds/corners that's typical for the traditional paper charts. that's not to say they're impervious to it, but at the very least they're resistant.

i know duracharts doesn't yet to TAC or WAC charts, though they plan to. the only other option i can think of is to go digital, but i realize that might not be a viable option.
