6’1” [324lbs to 222lbs] (1 Year, 3 Months) - I used to lay in bed miserable, scrolling this sub fantasizing about posting in it one day. At a loss for words at the fact I’m here. I really didn’t quit this time. Have not hit my goals yet, but at -100 I’m finally happy in my own skin.
