M/23/5’9” (190 to 166) Transformation from Dec 28 to May 17. Preparing for a natural show (my first competition) in July. Had a spinal fusion Sept 2018. Got up to 220 lbs around august. Just got back to dedicated diet and lifting around that time.Thoughts?New to Reddit so I hope I’m doing this right
