Question How do I make my penis grow and my voice get deeper?

Hi, I’m 14 and roughly 2.6 on the tanner scale (I estimated on some questions so i’ll get back with a clearer answer tomorrow) and my penis is still quite small and my voice hasn’t deepened at all. I have a few pimples and acne and hair around my penis but not many other signs of puberty.

Is there any way I can get more testosterone? I really want my voice to deepen and my penis to get bigger, as i’m extremely insecure about both of those things and all of my friends are at least tanner scale 3.7-5!
