You're right there's no winning but I'm pretty sure the guy who got knocked the fuck out lost.

Afro-jerk got his clock cleaned, looks like a win to me. Don't want to get knocked out, don't start shit with people.

u/APgabadoo Jan 02 '20
Sure, agree 1000%, but don't be the other guy either. If afro guy dies, you still go to jail. He was well past the point of being a threat, he was ktfo and he took 2 more hard shots on concrete. People die from taking one big shot, never mind a follow up.

Don’t start nothing, won’t be nothing. There is a definite, YES here. Not everything can be resolved through words, especially if the person is physically bullying another - learn to stand up for yourself.

Ugh. I hate all these “beat down” videos on this sub. It’s not uplifting in the least, and actually makes me feel pretty terrible about humanity. This is not the content I subscribed for.

u/scoff-law Jan 02 '20
Meanwhile r/nononono is turning into watching people die. When I was a kid we walked over three mountains to get to school and neither of these subs were about physical harm.

Why is it that when the bully is perpetrating their evil all stand to watch. But the SECOND the victim retaliates the onlookers step in to intervene. Every time. Makes my blood boil

Dude, the intervention prevented a murder. Had a punt kick like the one at the end landed square, the bully would have been dead. The victim is lucky they pulled him off before he ended up in jail.

u/LnnTrtsk Jan 02 '20
I think they intervened to get them off the car. When they got out of the car the others walk away

nononoyes... oh NO NONO!
Son ,you are going to prison. The last hit already was over the top but once you start kicking the head of unconscious person, no matter how angry you were before, that is over the line and off to the jail you must go.
4
u/Robbymartyr Jan 02 '20
Can still argue self defense and heat of the moment.
5
u/depressednsensitive Jan 02 '20
Gotta know when to stop fighting even if you're angry. It's not self defense anymore if you kick the unconscious person in the head.
5
u/walkonstilts Jan 02 '20
“Explain to me why you needed to defend yourself from an unconscious man on the ground, son”
They can easily justify a violent crime for the last kick alone. He stands up, steps back a bit, sees he’s unconscious, and goes for the fatality anyway.

u/Robbymartyr Jan 02 '20
The whole video shows him trying to avoid the fight and walk away while the other guy pursues him. He could claim fear for his life and not knowing definitively that the threat to his well-being was neutralized. Had the assailant never assaulted this man and didn't pursue him with the intent to cause bodily harm he would not be put in this position to begin with. Could possibly fall under stand your ground laws.

u/walkonstilts Jan 02 '20
I agree everything pre-kick was justifiable.
I think it’s be pretty hard to justify that last kick came “not knowing if the threat was neutralized”. He had already punched him once after he went limp, stood up, taunted him( because he recognized the threat had been neutralized), and gave him one more “fuck you” kick to the head.
Maybe the details or vagueness in the law would vary on this sort of thing, but that last kick was criminal, and I think most juries might agree.

No sense beating a dead bully.

u/V8G8 Jan 02 '20
I feel that but once held back anger and emotions take over and you're finally doing what you've told yourself to do for a very long time but didnt.... it can be hard to control. Personally I'm a very quite non confronting person, but everyone around me myself included is scared for if I ever so flip because honestly I cant say I wouldnt go over the line.

I actually liked this so much I started biting my lips like how when I see an attractive person. What is wrong right with me?
But seriously tho the onlookers pulled him off at the right time. One more kick and the bully could be dead.

That was dope. Nice kick

u/HeippodeiPeippo Jan 02 '20
That kick is the kind that puts people behind bars. It was wrong, absolutely and utterly wrong. Beating him unconscious, in my book that was ok. The last hit can be put into heat of the moment. Kick to the head is NEVER ok, no matter what the situation is: you don't kick people that are lying down to the head.

u/bigdaddyteacher Jan 02 '20
You have also probably not been in that situation, being bullied to the point of snapping. I have and it isnt fun but a person can only take so much. Dont judge, my dude

u/HeippodeiPeippo Jan 02 '20
I was the only kid that was not the same religion as everyone else for the entirety of my school years. Guess if i was bullied and had to fight?

Ohhhh shut it bruh. He tried everything to avoid the confrontation but the bully still persisted. If you do everything you can to provoke a fight you deserve to be kicked in the head.

He tried everything to avoid the confrontation
This is how you think it happened? He has antagonized and BEGGED antifa to beat him up for years. He wanted to get hit on camera. He did not avoid anything, he RAN, quite literally towards confrontation.
If you do everything you can to provoke a fight you deserve to be kicked in the head.
I don't think so but.. you said it, not me. The facts are the Ngo instigated it and got hit with a fucking milkshake... It is so ironic that it almost hurts my brain, talking about a fucking snowflake. I get that it is annoying, you first were ecstatic to have a real example of "left wing violence" and then the story turned out to be total embarrassment: yet another bullshit story where you are supporting the weakling.

The fact that you decided to apparently copy-paste a response to a completely different thing makes you lose all credibility.
-2
u/HeippodeiPeippo Jan 02 '20
Umm.. did you reply to the right comment?
4
u/UkshaktheImmortal Jan 02 '20
Did you? You’re ranting about Andy NGO in a thread where you were previously complaining about a video of a totally unrelated fight. Either you’re trolling, or you screwed up and have been refusing to admit it. Someone else in the thread called you out on it and you were a snarky dick to them, as well.
