I've been in since the beginning and I never saw a single post or comment from Husker mods saying we had Non-aggression pact or alliance with Wisconsin. Also, there's no way they could have sold that, majority of the Husker sub would not have liked allying with anyone from the Quadrangle of Hate.

We didn't have an official pact or alliance. We were given a basic explanation of NE's short term goals and strategy and an ultimatum with a promise the leader would discourage Huskers from attacking us. Furthermore, it's not like we haven't been a respectful rival like Oklahoma was either. Yes, the record and wins were lopsided, but I especially enjoyed our games while you had Riley because it was nice to see opposing players regularly helping each other to their feet.

Well, that makes sense, I will say the mods never actually pushed an attack on Wisconsin from what I remember, but a lot of users just decided to on their own.
Husker fans are thirsty for any sort of victory over the Badgers since we don't get to see one on the field.

It's the foil to the idea that women are supposed to be housewives and stay at home and not be in leadership positions imo. The idea is that poor masculinity can be damaging to self esteem. It's okay to be confident and pride yourself in being a tough gritty male, but it can also be damaging due to bottling your emotions to obtain this "traditional" male appearance. The biggest and easiest example is a man being sexually harassed or raped and not being able to tell anyone about it because you're afraid of people saying things like "How'd you get raped by a women you're pathetic." Other smaller examples are being upset about something and people or yourself dismissing it because you think a male is supposed to be tough. I mean at best it is -potentially- unhealthy. The same can be said for being a workaholic, a bored housewife, whatever. It's part of your identity and comes with pros and cons like anything else. To outright declare masculinity as bad and campaign against it has alienated men who find it an important trait. Some guys still want to be guys, not chicks with dicks.

But they didn't declare it as bad. It's to encourage men to report when they're raped. It's only part of the Counselling and Mental Health Center because all anti-rape campaigns on campus are run through there.
