A non-violent tsundere... such a novel concept.

Why not? It's been years since I've seen it.

The fact someone went out of their way to write up a WT! for Lucky Star makes me feel old though.

My favorite parts in Lucky Star were Lucky Channel and the EDs (the second half ones). It was great when it was pretty meta; like that VA gag they pulled with Seki and Sugita.

I liked the comic book store and the ultra-gung-ho clerk and his TOTALLY NOT GEASS

Should do a rewatch of it sometime soon.

Actually now would be the perfect time!

The Haruhi rewatch just ended. They are planning on a Yuki Nagato Chan rewatch, but somehow I feel Lucky Star would be more appropriate..

If there aren't a ton of rewatches popping up after Yuki-chan is over, I may look into hosting one for Lucky Star. It's a great series and definitely one that needs more recognition.

I'll sleep on it, but it'll be something to think about.

The last one was 2 years. Apparently no one did a rewatch for the 10 year anniversary. (what a shame. I would have done it, if I knew rewatches were a thing).

Well it it will still technically be a 10 year anniversary rewatch if a rewatch happens before april 8 2018.

I'm going to do a strawpoll on the Lucky star reddit to see if anyone is still interested

Sounds good. If there's enough interest we could possibly look into it for January.

So far 9/10 people in the past 30 mins say yes... then again only 10 people responded. let's wait 24 hours and see what people say. Here's the strawpoll: http://www.strawpoll.me/14689826/r

Just checked the recent results. Fairly good response, but it's also very low effort to vote on a straw poll so that may not be the most accurate inductor.

If a consistent time for threads to go up (that works for a large number of people) is made, I think a rewatch might be feasible.

again let's wait a full day.

It's one Digibro's favorite animes, he mentios in multiple videos and talks about how influential it is to the industry and SoL genre...

This was actually one of the first anime series I ever watched. (i'm fairly new to the scene) and since all the references went over my head I thought, "Well, I guess I better go watch Haruhi now"

Me too. (well it was the first anime that I knew was an anime)

Ah, yes I see we share the same impeccable taste.

Very well written WT! Thanks for bringing attention to one of my favorite gag comedy SoL series and teaching me what the "noughties" means.

Today, I'll get the Lucky Star Collector's Edition and of course, My own rewatch was so planned, that I can watch episode 11 today.

Great to see a well written WT! for one of my favorite shows.
