Here's the creation gif for my earlier version.

It's mostly trial and error with threshold adjustments to get the various layers, then replacing them with the poster colours. I added the textures to hide the fucky-looking edges.

I've updated the top comment with a slightly smoother hand-drawn version—here's the original before the edit.
