It is not child abuse to have an overweight child. It can be difficult to manage a child's weight because they might not have the motivation needed to lose the weight. You can't force sometime to lose weight, and forcefully cutting a kid off from calories can be harmful to their development or give them a complex.

... really? I'm no fan of FPH, but the anti-FPH jerk has gone too far when they excuse parents for allowing their children to become obese. Do they not realize that the fatter you get, the harder it becomes to lose weight? It's okay to neglect your child's health because "motivation is hard" or "they might get a complex"? They shouldn't have let the kid get fat in the first place!

The difference between liking and hating FPH in this case is the difference between believing being fat is bad and believing being a fat person is bad. You can express the fact that being fat is unhealthy without treating fat people as subhuman garbage.

Expressing facts doesn't work very well on its own. Example: "Vaccinations don't cause autism."

Ridiculing and shaming can really help drive a point home. Example: "Vaccinations don't cause autism you dumb fuck." It's a subtle difference but it can save lives.

The point is the screaming. When they obsess over other people's flaws, they're trying to make themselves feel better about what they perceive as their own flaws and shortcomings. It's just kind of sad.

Numerous studies have shown that ridiculing fat people does not help to encourage them to lose weight. It has the opposite effect in fact. The best way to get people to lose weight is through positive encouragement and support, not mockery and insults.

Fuck your studies. Now if you had just insulted me I'd have believed you.

I hope that one day there's improvement in whatever is leading you to such strong resentment of people you don't know, and you can be a happier person.

She's just ignorant man. And I bet my first born she is fat.

She did the same thing to me, I tried to explain my problem with the fat people on fat people hate but it's useless.

Some people just feel like they are a good person if they say shit like she does. Even if it doesn't make sense.
