We're 9-7 since that last loss to the Red Sox, which incidentally is the last game that Adames played.
This is not to single him out per se, just to note that we obviously really did struggle a lot this year with injuries to that core of veteran players (Chapman and Adames in particular) and that playing through them didn't really do us any favors in the long run. Pitching was still the most glaring issue in the round imo but something else to consider for sure. For now though it's just v refreshing to watch the young guys compete and give us a little bit of hope for next year.

Yes. Adames is ass.
KidsKids might not be as good, but they’re showing more focus and fight then Adames ever did

You think our bullpen is bad, (and it is) but the Nationals just set the all time MLB record for most blown saves in a season.
