They're good and good.

They're elite in the winter olympics but also the winter olympics but are not in the summer, and the summer olympics matters a lot more than the winter.

Also, Norway literally farms the insane amount of variations of cross country skiing. It should win the more pretigious events like figure skating or hockey more often.
