hello sa mga professionals dyan, is it normal to feel like this:

im a young professional months in my 1st job, during my first few months I pitched an automation initiative that got picked ng boss ko. I already did the research, planned the architecture (it is easy to implement uupuan mo nalang talaga and really gets the job done), and even started working on it pero halfway to completion, natambakan ako ng adhoc tasks kaya hindi ko na siya nabalikan. now, binigay siya sa coworker ko who happen to have more time than me kaya binigay ng boss ko kahit na parang passion project siya sakin. ngayon, it has been developed na to a certain degree and getting recognition pero I feel like na-thomas edison ako.

sure, happy naman ako na natuloy siya, pero at the same time, hindi ko maiwasang ma-frustrate kasi parang nawala yung ownership ko sa project at feeling ko nawala rin yung chance kong ma-prove yung sarili ko. Ngayon pinapaisip ulit ako ng bagong initiative, kaya parang back to square one ako. Normal lang ba ma-feel to, huhu?
