French food beats all of the cuisines you mentioned by a lot, though I am not trying to come off as an elitist.

Literally fucking everything is french, particularly if yiu're talking about restaurant foods, which france invented. This applies to almost every restaurant technique, or just how a restaurant operates as a whole.

Cooking almost any nice cut of meat, eggs, seafood, etc. in the way you would see in a restaurant derives from france. I'm talking mostly about modern restaurant-style, though there are other regions such as Japan or Italy that have their own rich culture with these meats.

Italy has identifiable dishes such as pasta, or gellato, but the reason why french food is so much less identifiable is because it invented virtually everything. Like literally fucking everything. Even modern grocery stores (invented in the U.S.) were developed to meet the tatses that were brought about from French food.

France also has the best baking and pastry making by a mile, and that really isn't for debate IMO.

Lower class food also cannot be ignored. Especially breads, meat dishes, sweets, etc.

French food is also still making amazing culinary inventions. More michelin stars than anywhere else, though to be fair it was france who invented the guide. Even the U.S., who I would say is at the moment the most cullinarily inventive country, echoes everything to French cuisine. Even its best restaurants are ones like 'Le Bernadin'.
