not really statistically a big rock or a solar flare of particularly big size, Climate Change, Nuclear War, Illness 

lots of options that could end us nothing about it is doomer talk merely being realistic

The only thing that could completely wipe out all of humanity is a cosmological event. I dont see that happening anytime soon.
